What's the return and refund process?
The buyer will bear the return label cost expect the damage product. For damage product they will provide the shipping label, box condition, damage portion image proof. After return if buyer will need replacement then we will ship it. If refund then it will be issued immediately from our end and buyer will have it according to their financial institution clearance period.
What about the Lost Package?
If the package lost in the transit then it will be on us and we will take the full responsibility. We will immediately issue the refund against it.
